Software licence

The ITEngineers Options Analyzing Application is licensed software. Access to the application, data scope, export/download features and machine activations depends on the active licence assigned to the customer.

The software may contain bugs, calculation errors, delays, incomplete data or interruptions. The application is provided as an analytical tool and may be changed or improved over time.

An active licence entitles the customer to updates within the purchased version and licence scope. Updates do not automatically include upgrades, new commercial modules, new products, expanded infrastructure services or separately priced features.

No financial advice

The application is not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or avoid any financial instrument, cryptocurrency or derivative instrument.

ITEngineers does not encourage or discourage making financial decisions based only on the application. All trading, investment and risk decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

ITEngineers takes no responsibility for financial decisions, losses, missed opportunities, trading results or other consequences arising from the use of the provided software, dashboard, metrics, training materials or demonstrations.

Activation and services

Manual payment verification and licence activation may take up to 48 business hours. Additional installation, consulting, infrastructure sizing or deployment services may be purchased separately and may also be purchased later.
